What is Invicta Performance?

One hour each week is dedicated to developing the fundamentals of human performance. Female athletes face a higher risk of serious knee injuries, which is why we take a proactive, intentional approach to reducing that risk through targeted training and injury prevention.

Strobe Glasses

Strobe goggles rhythmically block out your vision while performing tasks - catching a tennis ball, receiving a serve, or setting a volleyball. By temporarily removing your vision, the brain learns to calculate trajectories more precisely and efficiently, improve depth-perception, read body language quicker, and increase the rate of neuromuscular conductance throughout the body. It teaches your brain how to slow the game down so that you can be proactive instead of reactive.
